English: Flag of the Ukrainian Armed forces.
Українська: Прапор Збройних сил України.

Прапор Збройних Сил України являє собою прямокутне полотнище малинового кольору зі співвідношенням сторін 2:3.

У центрі полотнища розміщено зображення емблеми Збройних Сил України. Висота емблеми становить 4/5 висоти полотнища.

Обидві сторони полотнища ідентичні.
Русский: Флаг Вооруженних сил Украины.

One can see on this official photo for example that blue of the flag is the same as the national flag which is specified by DSTU 4512:2006. The raspberry is the closest Pantone shade because DSTU 4512:2006 is described with Pantone. The webpage you referred to does not describe the exact shade (unlike DSTU 4512:200) and only contains some law resolution GIFs. Look for example...
