English: Covington, La., September 20, 2005 - Hurricane Katrina damaged house roofs throughout the eastern areas of the state, as witnessed by the blue roof tarps in use. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operates a "Blue Roof Program" which supplies and installs these protective tarps free of charge. Win Henderson / FEMA
