Template:Template rating

This template is rated as ready for general use. It has reached a mature form and is thought to be bug-free and ready for use wherever appropriate. It is ready to mention on help pages and other Wikipedia resources as an option for new users to learn. To reduce server load and bad output, it should be improved by sandbox testing rather than repeated trial-and-error editing.

Usage[muda l codesc]

This template marks the status of a template as one of five levels:

{{Template rating|alpha}}
{{Template rating|beta}}
{{Template rating|release}}
{{Template rating|protected}}

All parameter values are case-sensitive.

prealpha and pa are aliases for pre-alpha.
a is an alias for alpha.
b is an alias for beta.
r, general and g are aliases for release.
protect and p are aliases for protected.

It also adds the template to one of five categories (unless the parameter nocat is set to true):
